4. Manufacturing & Sourcing
Our products are manufactured by trusted third-party manufacturers and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) partners who adhere to strict quality control and industry standards. We partner with companies that are committed to ethical practices and superior craftsmanship to ensure that our formulations meet the highest levels of safety and efficacy.
Some of our products are sourced directly from OEMs to maintain the exclusivity and quality associated with the Bloody Young brand.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, with delivery times ranging between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and proximity to our distribution centers.
We partner with reputable logistics aggregators like iThink Logistics and Shiprocket, who work with delivery companies such as Delhivery, Spot On, DTDC, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, and others, to ensure your order reaches you securely and in a timely manner.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, sales, public holidays, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal nature of skincare and cosmetics products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any opened or used products. All sales are final unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our customer service team with proof of damage (photos) and your order number. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the nature of the issue. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before the product has been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details.
In cases where an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.
